Thrive Uniform Statement

At Thrive, we believe that what you wear should never be a source of stress. Our uniform has been carefully chosen to support your comfort, confidence, and well-being—both physically and emotionally. We understand that many of our learners have sensory needs, and we want you to feel safe and at ease throughout the day.

Our uniform removes the daily pressure of choosing what to wear or feeling the need to keep up with fashion trends. It also avoids the expectation of buying expensive clothes, helping to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels equal.

We chose grey as the core colour because it is neutral and calming, helping to reduce sensory overwhelm. Our uniform includes soft, flexible clothing that supports movement and comfort:

• Grey sweatshirt and/or t-shirt with the Thrive logo (worn on the top left)

• Grey or black joggers or leggings

• Black shoes or trainers

This simple, relaxed dress code reflects our values: supporting each learner’s needs while helping you to feel part of the Thrive community.
